Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Shipping Time and Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (processing and transit included).

Timelines may vary due to weather conditions, festivals, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid orders: free shipping above Rs 499; below Rs 499, shipping charge Rs 99.
• COD orders: additional Rs 99 COD fee.
• Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged, broken, or missing, email hapeefive.chandler@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will review and provide replacement or refund per policy.
