At Hapeefive, we craft handmade catalog products and want you to be satisfied with every order. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
- Products must be returned in original packaging.
- For damaged/defective items, contact within 24-48 hours with details and photos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Opened or used items (including lit products).
3. Return Process
- Initiate return by emailing hapeefive.chandler@gmail.com with order number and reason.
- After approval, return instructions are shared.
- Return shipping cost is paid by customer and is non-refundable.
4. Recommended Return Periods
- 7 days for perishable/highly customizable items.
- 10-14 days for home decor and catalog products.
- 30 days for premium/luxury-level return windows.
Refunds
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Returned product should be unused and in original packaging.
- No returns on customized products unless damaged or defective.
- Replacement may be offered instead of refund in some cases.
2. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are credited in 7-15 days through original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
- 10-14 day return window applies for damaged-item replacement flow.
- Replacement or refund is arranged based on case review.
- Replacement for damaged/defective product is provided at no extra cost in 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
Product exchange can be requested within 7-15 days of delivery. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Exchange is subject to product availability. Shipping charges may apply.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Customized orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
